1. Introduction
Cheapest Proxies ("we", "us", "our") takes abuse of our network seriously. Our proxies are intended for legitimate, privacy-focused work, and the vast majority of our customers use them responsibly. When that trust is broken, we want to know quickly so we can investigate and act. This page explains how to report abuse, what to include, how fast we respond, and how we handle takedowns and cooperation with the authorities. It complements our Acceptable Use Policy and Proxy Usage Policy.

2. Our commitment
We are committed to running a network that is not a haven for abuse. We investigate every credible report we receive, we act decisively on confirmed, serious abuse, and we cooperate with valid legal requests. We also believe in handling reports fairly: we weigh the evidence, we give account holders a chance to respond in less clear-cut cases, and we protect people who report abuse in good faith. Tackling abuse is a shared effort, and timely, well-evidenced reports are the single most effective way to help us protect the network and the wider internet.
3. How to report abuse
Send your report by email to info@cheapest-proxies.com. To help us identify the responsible account and respond quickly, please use a clear subject line such as "Abuse report" and write in English where possible.
4. What to include
The quality of an abuse report determines how fast we can act. We do not log customer traffic, so the evidence you provide is essential to tracing activity to an account. Please include as much of the following as you can:
- The source IP address involved in the activity.
- Timestamps for each event, ideally in UTC and with the time zone stated.
- Relevant log excerpts (raw, unedited where possible) showing the activity.
- A clear description of the abuse and the harm caused.
- Any other evidence, such as headers, request details, screenshots or message contents.
- Your contact details so we can follow up if we need clarification.
5. Response times
We aim to acknowledge every abuse report within one business day. Investigation time depends on the complexity of the report and the evidence supplied, but confirmed, serious abuse is prioritised and acted on as quickly as possible. We will keep a good-faith reporter informed of the outcome where it is appropriate and lawful to do so.
6. Our investigation process
Once a report reaches us, we follow a consistent process so that each case is handled fairly and on the evidence:
- We acknowledge the report and may ask for clarification or additional evidence.
- We attempt to match the reported IP addresses and timestamps to an account using the operational and billing records available to us.
- For less clear-cut cases, we may contact the account holder for an explanation before deciding.
- We assess whether the activity breaches our Acceptable Use Policy or the law.
- We take proportionate action and, where appropriate and lawful, update the reporter on the outcome.
Because we do not log customer traffic, the strength of your evidence directly determines how confidently and quickly we can trace activity to an account.
7. Actions we take
Where we confirm abuse, the action we take is proportionate to its severity and may include:
- A warning and a requirement to stop the activity immediately.
- Suspension of the relevant proxies or the account to stop ongoing harm, sometimes without prior notice for clear, serious abuse.
- Termination of the account for serious or repeated abuse, without refund, in line with our Acceptable Use Policy and Refund & Replacement Policy.
- Referral to the relevant authorities where the activity appears unlawful.
8. Cooperation with law enforcement and legal requests
We cooperate with valid legal requests and law-enforcement investigations. Requests should be made on official letterhead or through the proper legal channel and should specify the IP addresses, timestamps and information sought. We respond to lawful requests in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy, and we may notify the affected account holder unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.
9. Data we can and cannot provide
It is important to set expectations clearly: we operate a no-traffic-logs network. We do not record the content of the requests our customers route through the service, so we cannot produce traffic logs, browsing histories or the substance of any session — those records simply do not exist. In response to a valid request, the information we can provide is limited to the account, billing and operational metadata we actually hold, such as account details, payment records and the limited connection metadata necessary to run the service. We will not fabricate or reconstruct data we do not keep.
10. No retaliation and good-faith reports
We do not retaliate against anyone who reports suspected abuse in good faith, and we will not penalise customers for raising legitimate concerns about how our network is being used. Reports are handled confidentially to the extent the law and the investigation allow. We do ask that reports are made honestly; knowingly false or malicious reports are not protected.
11. Repeat offenders
We have no tolerance for customers who repeatedly abuse the network or who attempt to evade enforcement by opening new accounts. Repeat or egregious abuse leads to permanent termination, forfeiture of any remaining allowance without refund, and, where appropriate, referral to the authorities. We may also decline to provide service to individuals or organisations previously removed for abuse.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Abuse Reporting Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service, our processes or the law. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
