Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Cheapest Proxies (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the proxy services we provide at cheapest-proxies.com. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Proxy Usage Policy and Refund & Replacement Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Company details

Bohzo Ltd, The Workspace Basildon, 7 High Pavement, Basildon, England, SS14 1EA These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Bohzo Ltd. References to the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms mean Bohzo Ltd.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, placing an order, accessing the dashboard or API, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

  • “Service” means the proxy access, dashboard, API and related services made available by the Company.
  • “Account” means the account you register in order to access the Service.
  • “Order” means a purchase of a data allowance for a specified proxy type.
  • “Proxies” means the datacenter, residential, mobile (4G/5G) and residential premium IP addresses delivered to you under an Order.
  • “Target” means any website, platform, server or service you connect to through the Proxies.
  • “Content” means any data, requests or material you transmit through the Service.

3. Eligibility & account registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. We may refuse, suspend or close an Account where the information provided is inaccurate, where eligibility cannot be verified, or where required to comply with applicable law.

4. The service

We provide access to datacenter, residential, mobile (4G/5G) and residential premium proxy IPs supporting HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, with authentication by username and password or IP whitelist. Proxies are delivered to your dashboard once payment has cleared. The Service is provided for lawful, legitimate use only. We may add, modify, withdraw or replace features, IP pools or locations at any time, and may replace IPs that become unavailable due to upstream conditions.

5. Pricing & billing

All prices are quoted and charged in US dollars (USD, $). The Service is pay-as-you-go and billed per gigabyte (GB) of data transferred: datacenter from $3.50/GB, residential from $3.99/GB, mobile (4G/5G) from $4.50/GB and residential premium from $6.50/GB. The price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay for that Order. We may change our prices from time to time, but a change will not affect an Order you have already paid for.

6. Payment, currency & taxes

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers, including card payments via Stripe and supported cryptocurrency payments. Full card details never touch our servers. You authorise us and our providers to charge the payment method you supply for the amounts due. Charges are non-recurring unless you explicitly enable auto-renew on an Order, in which case you authorise the corresponding renewal charges until you disable it. Prices are exclusive of any taxes, duties or levies unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for any such amounts that apply to your purchase, and you are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

7. Plan validity

Each Order carries a fixed 30-day validity from the date of purchase. The data allowance under an Order must be used within that period. Unused data does not roll over to a new Order and expires when the 30-day period ends, whether or not it has been used. Expiry is automatic and applies regardless of the remaining balance.

8. Refunds & replacements

If the Proxies you receive are dead on arrival — meaning they do not authenticate, do not connect, or do not provide the type of access described — contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will first attempt to replace the affected Proxies at no extra cost, and where we cannot deliver working Proxies that match your Order, we will refund the affected portion. After the 24-hour window, requests are reviewed case by case and we may offer a replacement rather than a refund. Refunds are not available for misuse, for data already consumed, or where an Order has been terminated for breach of these Terms. Full details are set out in our Refund & Replacement Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, legitimate purposes, to act within all applicable laws, and to respect the terms of service, robots.txt directives and rate limits of every Target you connect to. Your use is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out permitted and prohibited activities in detail. You remain solely responsible for everything you do through the Service.

10. Prohibited activities

Without limiting our Acceptable Use Policy, you must not use the Service, directly or indirectly, to:

  • engage in any activity that is illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction, our jurisdiction, or the jurisdiction of any Target;
  • gain unauthorised access to systems, networks or accounts, including hacking, credential brute-forcing and probing for vulnerabilities you are not authorised to test;
  • commit fraud of any kind, including payment-card fraud, carding and identity theft;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk communications, or operate phishing campaigns;
  • distribute malware, ransomware, spyware or other malicious code;
  • infringe the intellectual-property rights of others, including software piracy and unauthorised copying or redistribution of protected works;
  • attack infrastructure, including denial-of-service activity, traffic flooding and resource exhaustion;
  • access, store or distribute child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits or endangers minors;
  • harass, stalk, threaten or doxx any individual; or
  • violate the terms of service, acceptable-use rules or rate limits of any Target you connect to.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund and, where required by law, may be reported to the relevant authorities.

11. Proxy usage policy

Technical and fair-use rules for how the Proxies may be operated — including session handling, concurrency and reasonable request rates — are set out in our Proxy Usage Policy. You agree to operate within those rules so that the Service remains stable and reliable for all customers. We make no representation that the Proxies will prevent any Target from restricting, throttling or suspending your access, and you are responsible for using each Target within its own rules.

12. Customer responsibilities & credential security

You are responsible for keeping your password, API key and any IP-whitelist configuration secure, and for all activity that occurs through your Account or API key, whether or not authorised by you. You must not share, sell or sublicense your access except as expressly permitted. Notify us immediately at info@cheapest-proxies.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of, or any security breach affecting, your Account.

13. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime and operate across 55+ countries, but this is a target rather than an absolute guarantee. The Service may be unavailable or degraded due to maintenance, upstream provider issues, network conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control. We may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance and will use reasonable efforts to limit disruption. Uptime and individual IP performance are provided on a best-effort basis.

14. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice depending on the severity, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or any incorporated policy, where required by law or a valid legal request, or where necessary to protect the Service, our other customers or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; clauses intended by their nature to survive — including those on prohibited activities, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — will continue to apply. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.

15. Disclaimers & warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that any particular IP will be available, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements or achieve any particular outcome with any Target. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the total amount you paid us for the Service in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, agents and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your Content, your breach of these Terms or any incorporated policy, or your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party, including any Target.

18. Intellectual property

The Service, including the website, dashboard, software, documentation, trademarks, logos and all related content, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by law. You retain ownership of your own Content.

19. Privacy

Our handling of personal data and the limited operational metadata we process is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not log the destinations or URLs you access through the Proxies; bandwidth is measured in aggregate for billing purposes only. By using the Service you acknowledge the data practices set out in the Privacy Policy.

20. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including payment providers and upstream network suppliers, and may link to or interoperate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party, and your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms. Any Target you connect to is independent of us, and your relationship with that Target is solely between you and the Target.

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service and the legal landscape evolve. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers and reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Service.

22. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the dispute-resolution clause below, the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

23. Dispute resolution

If you have a concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues quickly and informally. The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation before commencing formal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief, or affects any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under the law applicable to you.

24. Force majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where the failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, power or internet outages, failures of upstream providers, and denial-of-service or other cyber-attacks. Our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event, and we will resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

25. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
