Pay, then configure
After paying by card or crypto, go to Proxy Configuration under My Plans to choose the country, session type (rotating or sticky), ASN filters and protocol, and update them as client work moves between markets.

Protocols
HTTP and HTTPS cover browsers, rank trackers and most marketing software, and HTTPS encrypts the connection between your tool and the proxy. SOCKS5 suits tools that send other kinds of traffic. Sessions
Rotating sessions give each request a new IP, which suits broad price and ranking sweeps. Sticky sessions hold one IP while a logged-in task runs from start to finish. Compare rotating proxies with static proxies.
Sign-in
IP whitelisting ties access to fixed office or server addresses, so nobody has to pass a password around. Username and password access suits remote staff and cloud tools whose IP changes. Switch method from the dashboard whenever the setup changes.

Where the IPs come from
Addresses join our network through transparent, consent-based partnerships, never from hijacked devices or scraped lists. The destinations your team reaches through the network are not logged, which matters when the work involves client campaigns or competitor research you would rather keep in-house.
What we ask of your team
Use the network for legitimate business work, from research on public prices and rankings to ad verification, brand protection and testing your own sites and apps. What does Residential Premium add over standard residential proxies?
A higher-trust tier of household IPs for demanding sites, with the same controls: country and city targeting, sticky or rotating sessions, HTTP and SOCKS5, and countries chosen after purchase. Its per-GB price is higher than standard residential, so keep it for the jobs that need it.
Can we run premium and standard residential side by side?
Yes. Data is bought per type, so you can hold a premium order for demanding jobs and a residential order for routine checks at the same time. Each order has its own 30-day validity and its own usage figures under My Plans.
Is premium worth it for brand-protection work?
It depends on the sites involved. Start sweeps on standard residential, note which marketplaces return errors or incomplete pages, and move only those to premium. Evidence for a takedown request is only useful when the page loaded in full, so that is where the higher rate pays its way.
How is each order billed?
By the gigabyte, with no contracts or setup fees. Each order is valid for 30 days from the moment payment clears; any data still unused when that window closes expires with it. Per-GB rates for all four types are listed on the pricing page.
Which payment methods can our finance team use?
Card payments are processed by Stripe and cryptocurrency payments by Cryptomus. Every completed payment gets an invoice under History in the dashboard, which can be printed or saved as a PDF for your records.
What happens if an order does not work?
Report dead-on-arrival proxies to support straight away, within the window set out in our refund policy. We replace faulty proxies first and refund the affected part of the order if a working replacement is not possible. Data that has already been used is not refundable, and a target site blocking proxy traffic is not treated as a fault.
How do we reach support?
Support is staffed by people 24/7/365. Raise a ticket in the dashboard, or email support from the address registered on your account, and include the order reference so the team can find it quickly.
How should we manage access for several colleagues?
Keep the dashboard login with one account owner and turn on two-factor authentication under Account. For daily work, whitelist the fixed IPs of your office or servers so tools connect without a password, and keep username and password access for machines whose IP changes, such as laptops. The account holder stays responsible for keeping those credentials secure.
We manage proxies for clients. Can we resell them?
Yes, through the reseller programme. Joining is free: you apply, and once approved you get REST API access to deliver proxies to your clients under your own brand, at a price you set.
Will our client and competitor research stay private?
We do not log the destinations your team connects to, and every IP on the network is sourced with consent. Working within each site's terms of service and the laws that apply to you remains your team's responsibility.
Are there jobs you will not support?
Yes. Our acceptable use policy rules out unlawful activity, unauthorised access, fraud, spam and anything that breaks a site's terms, robots.txt or rate limits, and it covers every colleague or contractor who works under your account. Typical permitted work includes competitor and price research, SEO monitoring, brand protection, ad verification and QA of your own sites and apps.
