What teams use Telegram proxies for

On messaging apps a business typically runs channels, communities or a support inbox. Proxies help with the parts that change by country, such as the offers, landing pages and shops that posts link to, while every account stays within the app's terms.

▸ Staff and support account onboarding
▸ Channel publishing workflows
▸ Opt-in customer messaging
▸ Bots for trading-signal channels

Telegram for marketing and support teams: channels, bots and clean handoffs

What does a business team actually do on Telegram? Usually three things: publish to a public channel, answer customers through a bot or a Telegram Business account, and send readers on to a website or shop. The first two run on admin rights and the Bot API and need no proxy. The third is where one helps, because the pages behind your links change by country while the posts themselves look identical everywhere.

Admin rights instead of a shared phone

Add each colleague as a channel admin with only the rights they need, such as posting, editing others' messages or inviting. Turn on Sign Messages if readers or managers should see who wrote each post. Removing an admin ends their access at once, with no number or password to change.

Telegram Business for a small sales inbox

With Telegram Premium, a Business account adds opening hours, a location, quick replies, greeting and away messages, and can hand chats to a connected bot. It suits a small shop answering from one account; a support bot built on the Bot API scales further and needs no proxy either.

Previews are global, landing pages are not

Telegram's servers build link previews, so a preview looks the same in every country, and @WebpageBot refreshes a stale one after you edit a page. The destination can differ: view it from a residential IP in each market and confirm language, currency, prices and stock match the post.

Which plan fits

Residential with country targeting covers landing-page checks, and web pages are light next to video, so a small per-GB balance lasts. Mobile 4G/5G only earns its higher rate when the brief is about carrier networks. City targeting matters only if your offers change by city.

The plan we suggest for Telegram

We suggest Mobile 4G/5G here. The IPs come from mobile carrier networks, so apps and sites behave as they do for phone users on cellular data. Telegram signup needs a phone number, and the connecting IP now counts as well. New accounts on datacenter or residential IPs often meet extra device verification, while signups from mobile IPs usually go ahead without it.

✓

Reliable signups

Registering staff or support accounts on +1, +44 or +91 numbers succeeds more consistently from a mobile carrier IP in the matching country than from other proxy types. Every account still needs a real number your company controls.

✓

Channel + group ops

Posting bots, channel managers and group tools can each run on their own mobile IP, keeping one client's channels apart from another's. Bots belong on the Bot API and within Telegram's terms.

✓

MTProto compatible

Clients built on TDLib, Pyrogram or Telethon accept a SOCKS5 proxy in their connection settings, and MTProto traffic runs through it in full.

✓

Sticky for long sessions

A session can stay on one IP for hours without rotating, which suits a support desk that stays signed in for a whole shift.

Matching each job to a plan

Most teams run more than one kind of job. Data is bought per plan, so volume checks can sit on a lower-cost plan while the jobs that need a household or carrier connection get one.

Several markets, one order

MIX packages are ready-made residential pools covering several countries at once, so a multi-market report can run from a single order.

Getting the team set up

Four steps take a team from order to first check, using the browsers and tools it already works with.

1

Size the order

Start on Mobile 4G/5G, the plan suggested above, and choose how many gigabytes the work needs. The proxy calculator shows the total first.

2

Pay by card or crypto

Stripe handles card payments and Cryptomus handles crypto. Each order is a one-off, valid for 30 days, with no subscription to cancel.

3

Set the market

Pick the country on the order form, together with the protocol and sign-in method, so agree which market the work covers before checkout.

4

Give the team access

The dashboard shows the login details once the payment has gone through. Pass them to the colleagues who need them, or whitelist the office IP so nobody has to type a password.

Rotation or a sticky session?

  • ▸Per-request rotation moves every request to a different IP. Use it for wide, read-only sweeps of public pages, such as price lists or search results.
  • ▸Sticky sessions hold one IP for a window you choose, typically 1-30 minutes, for signed-in or multi-step tasks such as stepping through a client's checkout.

Both are switched in the dashboard, and the options on offer depend on the plan. Keep request rates modest either way.

Signing in

  • ▸Username and password in the host:port:user:pass format that browsers, browser-profile tools and monitoring software accept.
  • ▸IP whitelist: add your office or server address in the dashboard, and anything connecting from it gets in without credentials, which suits shared office lines and scheduled jobs.

Both work over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, and the protocol can be changed later in the dashboard at no extra charge.

Match the IP to the market you report on

Search rankings, prices, ads and even which products appear can change with the visitor's country. Set the IP to the market your client or campaign targets, and the screenshots and figures your team files will line up with what customers there are shown.

  • ✓55+ countries to choose from.
  • ✓City-level targeting where the network supports it.
  • ✓One country per check keeps month-on-month results comparable.

United States United Kingdom Germany France Canada Australia Netherlands India Brazil Singapore

When a report doesn't match what the client sees on the ground, the IP's country is one of the first things to check.

How the four plans compare

Every plan bills per GB. The highlighted row is the plan we suggest for this work.

Plan Trust level Speed Cost From, per GB Where it fits
Datacenter Standard ★★★★★ $ $3.50 Bulk page checks, rank tracking and QA on your own sites
Residential High ★★★ $$ $3.99 Local prices, search results, ads and marketplaces
Residential Premium Very high ★★★★ $$$ $6.50 Demanding sites, brand protection and client work
Mobile 4G/5G Suggested Very high ★★★ $$$$ $4.50 Apps built for phones and ads served on mobile networks

The rate charged is the one shown for the live plan at checkout.

Keeping Telegram work within the rules

We sell these proxies for legitimate business work: market and price research, ad verification, SEO, brand protection, QA and compliant automation, including running your own accounts inside each platform's rules. Whatever your team does through them has to stay within the terms of service of every site involved and the law that applies to you and your clients.

  • ✓Collect only publicly available information, and pace requests so the site isn't put under strain.
  • ✓No proxy can promise that an account escapes action by the platform. That depends mostly on how the account is used and whether it follows the terms.
  • ✓Personal details in collected pages, such as names, contact details or reviews, bring data-protection duties with them. Agree with your legal team what you keep and for how long.

The full rules are in our acceptable use policy.

Telegram proxies: questions from team leads

No. Each person signs in on their own device and normal connection, and Telegram lists every signed-in device in its settings, where any session can be ended. Putting staff accounts behind rented addresses adds cost and confusing login locations without making the accounts safer. Spend the data on market checks instead.
Not directly. Subscribers come from useful posts, cross-promotion with related channels and paid placements such as the Telegram Ad Platform, which shows sponsored messages in public channels. A proxy cannot make a channel more visible, and padding counts with fake accounts gives you an audience that never reads anything.
They carry ordinary phone traffic, which Telegram trusts far more than datacenter or residential connections.
Yes. Both take SOCKS5 with username/password authentication directly, so no extra software is needed.
Around 5-15, depending on activity. Stay at the lower end when accounts post or message heavily.
Sticky for accounts in daily use. Read-only collection of public channel data is the job for rotating IPs, provided it stays within Telegram's terms.

Refunds

Proxies that fail on arrival can be reported to support for up to 24 hours after delivery. Support swaps them, and where a working swap isn't possible, refunds the affected amount. Details are in the refund policy.

Support

People answer tickets 24/7. Open one from the Support page in your dashboard and include the order reference.

Logs

Our records cover billing and how much bandwidth each order used. The URLs, page content and destinations your team reaches are never logged.
