UBot Studio proxies for business teams

Datacenter proxies for marketing and operations teams that build bots in UBot Studio: route browser and HTTP tasks through fast IPs, target a country when a job needs it, and pay per GB used.

What teams use UBot Studio proxies for

These pages look at software a team may already run and where a proxy fits around it. The proxy supplies only the connection; what the tool does still has to fit the target site's terms and the law that applies to you.

▸ Repetitive form and data-entry tasks
▸ Scheduled report and data pulls
▸ Viewing regional versions of client sites
▸ Routine posts to company accounts, within site terms

UBot Studio for business teams: automate your own workflows, not other platforms' accounts

UBot Studio markets itself to businesses as a way to automate content, data entry and marketing tasks with drag-and-drop bots. The safe business uses are the unglamorous ones: filling in your own internal forms, updating your WordPress site, moving data into Google Sheets and checking your own pages from target countries. The risky ones are logged-in automation on social platforms, whose terms restrict it.

Automate systems you control

Good candidates are repetitive steps in your own admin panels, supplier portals whose terms allow automation, and reports from your own analytics. Run them from one known machine and whitelist its IP on the proxy, so no bot file carries a password.

Social automation is where the risk sits

Meta's terms forbid collecting data from its products by automated means without permission, and YouTube's terms restrict automated access too. Bots that post, follow or message from staff or client accounts put those accounts at risk; use each platform's own scheduling tools and APIs.

One owner per bot

Give every bot a named owner, a written purpose and a schedule, and log each run's target, country and outcome. When a site changes its layout or a bot starts collecting errors, someone is accountable for pausing it before it strains that site.

Choosing the plan

Datacenter for bots that work on internal systems and public pages; residential in the right country only when a consumer page must be seen as local households see it. Mobile 4G/5G rarely suits UBot's desktop browser work and costs more per GB.

The plan we suggest for UBot Studio

We suggest Datacenter here. It costs less per GB than our other plans and loads public pages quickly wherever a site accepts datacenter traffic. Most UBot Studio jobs in a marketing or ops team are repetitive browser and HTTP tasks, where a quick, stable connection matters more than a household IP. Datacenter proxies give that speed at a low per-GB rate on sites without heavy bot protection, and a stubborn target can move to residential later.

✓

Works with proxy commands

UBot Studio has built-in commands for setting and changing the proxy inside a bot. Point them at our HTTP/HTTPS endpoint with username/password or IP-whitelist sign-in, and each step of the bot runs through it.

✓

Rotate mid-flow

Combine a loop with a proxy change to give each task or account its own IP, so a long batch of legitimate jobs spreads across the pool instead of piling onto one address.

✓

Stable for browser automation

Low-latency datacenter routes keep UBot's browser steps responsive, so form submissions, navigation and report pulls don't stall partway through a long script that someone then has to restart by hand.

✓

Geo-targeting on demand

When a bot has to see a country's version of a site, such as local search results or regional pricing, choose IPs in that country or city and the job loads the page as a local visitor would.

Matching each job to a plan

Most teams run more than one kind of job. Data is bought per plan, so volume checks can sit on a lower-cost plan while the jobs that need a household or carrier connection get one.

Several markets, one order

MIX packages are ready-made residential pools covering several countries at once, so a multi-market report can run from a single order.

Getting the team set up

Four steps take a team from order to first check, using the browsers and tools it already works with.

1

Size the order

Start on Datacenter, the plan suggested above, and choose how many gigabytes the work needs. The proxy calculator shows the total first.

2

Pay by card or crypto

Stripe handles card payments and Cryptomus handles crypto. Each order is a one-off, valid for 30 days, with no subscription to cancel.

3

Set the market

Pick the country on the order form, together with the protocol and sign-in method, so agree which market the work covers before checkout.

4

Give the team access

The dashboard shows the login details once the payment has gone through. Pass them to the colleagues who need them, or whitelist the office IP so nobody has to type a password.

Rotation or a sticky session?

  • ▸Per-request rotation moves every request to a different IP. Use it for wide, read-only sweeps of public pages, such as price lists or search results.
  • ▸Sticky sessions hold one IP for a window you choose, typically 1-30 minutes, for signed-in or multi-step tasks such as stepping through a client's checkout.

Both are switched in the dashboard, and the options on offer depend on the plan. Keep request rates modest either way.

Signing in

  • ▸Username and password in the host:port:user:pass format that browsers, browser-profile tools and monitoring software accept.
  • ▸IP whitelist: add your office or server address in the dashboard, and anything connecting from it gets in without credentials, which suits shared office lines and scheduled jobs.

Both work over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, and the protocol can be changed later in the dashboard at no extra charge.

Match the IP to the market you report on

Search rankings, prices, ads and even which products appear can change with the visitor's country. Set the IP to the market your client or campaign targets, and the screenshots and figures your team files will line up with what customers there are shown.

  • ✓55+ countries to choose from.
  • ✓City-level targeting where the network supports it.
  • ✓One country per check keeps month-on-month results comparable.

Major markets on the network

United States United Kingdom Germany France Canada Australia Netherlands India Brazil Singapore

When a report doesn't match what the client sees on the ground, the IP's country is one of the first things to check.

How the four plans compare

Every plan bills per GB. The highlighted row is the plan we suggest for this work.

Plan Trust level Speed Cost From, per GB Where it fits
Datacenter Suggested Standard ★★★★★ $ $3.50 Bulk page checks, rank tracking and QA on your own sites
Residential High ★★★ $$ $3.99 Local prices, search results, ads and marketplaces
Residential Premium Very high ★★★★ $$$ $6.50 Demanding sites, brand protection and client work
Mobile 4G/5G Very high ★★★ $$$$ $4.50 Apps built for phones and ads served on mobile networks

The rate charged is the one shown for the live plan at checkout.

Keeping UBot Studio work within the rules

We sell these proxies for legitimate business work: market and price research, ad verification, SEO, brand protection, QA and compliant automation, including running your own accounts inside each platform's rules. Whatever your team does through them has to stay within the terms of service of every site involved and the law that applies to you and your clients.

  • ✓Collect only publicly available information, and pace requests so the site isn't put under strain.
  • ✓No proxy can promise that an account escapes action by the platform. That depends mostly on how the account is used and whether it follows the terms.
  • ✓Personal details in collected pages, such as names, contact details or reviews, bring data-protection duties with them. Agree with your legal team what you keep and for how long.

The full rules are in our acceptable use policy.

UBot Studio proxies: questions from team leads

We'd advise against it. The platforms' own terms restrict automated access and activity, and a proxy changes only the address, not what those terms allow. A client account that gets restricted becomes the agency's problem. Use the platforms' scheduling tools and official APIs, which exist for exactly this work.
Run each bot once through the proxy, note the data one full pass uses, and multiply by how often it runs. Browser-driven bots load images, scripts and video, so they cost more than API calls; trimming the pages a bot visits, or moving the job to an API integration, lowers the bill.
Add a proxy command near the start of the bot, before the first navigation, and give it the endpoint in host:port:user:pass form. On a fixed server, whitelisting its IP removes the need to store a password inside the bot file.
Datacenter is the cost-effective default for sites without strong bot protection, and it responds quickly. If one target keeps blocking or challenging those IPs, move that job alone to residential or residential premium and leave the rest on datacenter.
Yes. A loop plus a proxy change on a rotating plan gives each iteration or account a new address. Keep it to automation that the target site's terms of service allow.
Rarely on its own, and no proxy can promise an account stays active. Sites act on behaviour, automation patterns and their own policies, and the IP is one input among several. Realistic activity within each site's terms does far more to keep accounts in good standing.

Refunds

Proxies that fail on arrival can be reported to support for up to 24 hours after delivery. Support swaps them, and where a working swap isn't possible, refunds the affected amount. Details are in the refund policy.

Support

People answer tickets 24/7. Open one from the Support page in your dashboard and include the order reference.

Logs

Our records cover billing and how much bandwidth each order used. The URLs, page content and destinations your team reaches are never logged.
